Rosie is a professional youth coach with a 15 year career of working with people with experiences of care, custody and/or social exclusion. 

Qualified at Masters level in Community Practice, Rosie uses her own lived experiences of care to build meaningful and transparent professional friendships. 

A former police officer for 10 years, Rosie
specialised in child criminal exploitation and urban street gangs. Following this, Rosie progressed to work in participation and development in the charity sector, focussing on young people who transition from care to leaving care. 

Believing that all people can lead successful lives with the right support, Rosie works with people through a social pedagogical approach.  Rosie creates a plan with the person to strengthen their identity, forge meaningful relationships, and provide them with a language to know how to ask for help when needed.
