1 ½ hours of support each week for selected student(s). All coaching was conducted on the school grounds in a safe
space provided by the school.

All documentation obtained throughout the coaching process was shared with the school. Coaches have enhnced DBS checks and are up to date with relevant training- safegaurding, social pedagogy and GDPR.

Key Stage 3 lead at Walton Hall Academy - Karen Walker, speaks of her experience working with Your- Narrative:
Working alongside 'Your Narrative' and in particular Rosie, I have had the privilege of witnessing her outstanding dedication and unwavering support in assisting students. Rosie's commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for students truly deserves recognition.
Rosie demonstrates exceptional empathy, patience, and expertise in providing personalised support to students. Her approach was characterised by a deep understanding of the student's challenges and needs, ensuring that appropriate resources and interventions were readily available.
What stood out most was Rosie's ability to create a supportive space that allowed the student to feel heard, valued and understood. Your Narrative employed a variety of strategies tailored to the student's unique circumstances, offering not only emotional support but also practical guidance and access to necessary mental health services.
Moreover, Rosie consistently went above and beyond in her role, collaborating with other professionals and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to the student's well-being. Rosie actively engaged with the student's support network, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritised the student's wellbeing.
The impact 'Your Narrative' has when commisioned by our special educational needs school was evident in the positive changes observed in the student's behaviour, academic performance and overall well-being. The clear dedication to students throughout the coaching process exemplifies the values of compassion, advocacy, and genuine care for others.
Safety planning sessions for each young person determined specific needs and support throughout the process. This was lead by the young person with support from the coach
The young person(s) was written to directly, sharing observations of achievements and key messages. The final coaching session was planned by the young person(s) and was conducted with a number of caring adults in the young persons life. It was delivered whilst laughing and reflecting in a place chosen by the young person- the outdoors.
